Barcelona Guide

I always get the question about my favorite Barcelona spots! Here I proudly present my tried and true favorites.

EAT&DRINK:

MAKAMAKA is my absolute favorite! In my opinion they have the best burgers in town (& homemade fries) in town! It‘s near the beach in Barceloneta. (Barceloneta)

KIOSKO is a american-flair burger bar with also very excellent burgers in el Born! The place is very popular and always crowded. (Born)

CHÖK THE CHOCOLATE KITCHEN is a place where you can mix your own chocolate taste or buy really cute products. MUST GO! (Gótico)

PANADERIA MON PA is a bakery in Barceloneta. They sell the best chocolate (or tortilla-) croissants ever and you will meet me there every single morning ;-) My absolute favorite. (Barceloneta)

SENOR PARELLADA restaurant. Catalan cuisine in the middle of El Born neighborhood. Very exclusive!

CAN CISA/BAR BRUTAL I love the dark but cozy italian atmosphere. It fits perfectly to the wine and tapas they have.

SHOP:

AUREVOIRCINARELLA in Born. You already know that I am completely in love with that store! (Born)

ANIMABARCELONA is a lovely jewelry shop in a very spanish & luxurious neighborhood Sarriá-Sant Gervasi. They have real treasures and everything is handmade in Barcelona. This shop is a real Barcelonainsider. (Sarriá-Sant Gervasi)

STAY:

BACKPACKER HOTEL If you‘re backpacking, here is the best address for a cheap stay

BARS:

GEORGE PAYNE is a really cool irish pub aka. sports bar. I watched the Bayern vs. BVB football game there, drinking Bulmers and eating “Mains” (Angela Merkels Chicken Schnitzel)

BLONDIE decorated with neon lights and retro 80’s decor. A very cool place for the young and hipsters.

CHUPITOS is really small but always full of people. They have over 200 different kinds of shots! One shot = 2 €. I love that place!

SEE&DO:

Hotel rooftops. I love taking a cool drink and look down at this dynamic city.

MORE:

iPLACE is the place where you can find everything for your iPhone. It opens longer than the Applestore and it‘s really cute.
